Introducin another nice dinning place - Just Acia

Last sat went to marina sq to shp for my dd b'dae present.. My dd say he wana try d Just Acia restuarant as there is free flow of coffee, soft drinks and ice cream.. I order dory fish with rice.. The fish was coated w nice cheese n mayonnaise.. Great  for those ppl who luv cheese to extreme juz like me.. wahaha..^^

For the free flow of drink, i hav try hot chocolate, moccacino, cuppacino.. All taste great!! Bt as for the ice cream wise i prefer those u can scroop urself de.. Cuz d one fr d ice cream machine doesn't fancy me much.. Bt overall the food was great n d atmosphere was great too!! Oh btw, fyi, we went to the marina sq outlet de..

Recently juz finish watching the above taiwan idol drama PS Man..I luv hw the story ends.. hehe. Well, starting of the story xia he jie and ma xiao qian aka 钢牙妹 was classmate.. Bt after many yrs, xia he jie couldn't recongise ma xiao qian.. Thus ma xiao qian decides to take her revenge on him as she all the yrs she always tot tat xia he jie enjoys bullying her.. Bt in the actual fact, xia he jie was protecting her.. Bt slowly as times goes by, they both fall in luv w each other.. During tis period of time they meet w sum trails of life.. Bt they still manage to wrk tings out 2gether.. In the end, xia he jie propose to ma xiao qian w a ring  and necklance w a hseshoe engraved on both of it.. Wow!! This part I reali find it veri creative wor.. (=

this few daes, my mood wasn't tat gd actually.. Partly is b'cuz my dad is admitted to hospital on monday due 2 sum health pro.. My dad complained to us tat the food there nt nice den he always ask my da jie 2 buy bread or hamburger.. >.<''' Bt anyway the nurse there are frenly n helpful to my dad.. Beta den d kk one.. N my dad mention tat d medical instrutment are much more advanced..


2dae tis morning he was being sent to the operation theatre.. After the op, doctor in charge mention tat my dad main blood vessel was 90% clogged n the purpose of the op is to clear the blockage in it.. Where for the rest blood vessel doctors say is 50% and 30% or 70% clogged bt nt so serious.. So my dad nd 2 b on regular medication for several yrs, hav a healthy diet n exercise as well so that his condition can be under control.. If nt same thing will happen again.. Nw my dad health issue i can fang xin abit..


Haiz, bt i nt sure whether other issue wic still bother or clingling onto myself, i can b fang xin the same way or nt.. )=

I reali dun how to describe what I am feeling rite nw.. It seems like all sort of emotions can be found in me.. I feel so complicated.. I nt sure if it is due to my pms or wat.. I yesterdae fell sick, out of sudd feel like vomiting n almost hav no appetite for dinner.. On the other hand I found out sumting wic is veri shocking 2 me.. Hw I wish i nv had the chance to see it so tat my burden of emotions would not be tat heavy.. Sigh.. i feel tat everyting in me is piling on n on n thus I feel the stress.. Feel like crying when I dun see any reason to cry.. I reali dun noe wat's wrong w me..

This Milk Tea is a must order drink.. N the tea set is veri cute n unique too.. The staff will 1st pour water in the hollow hole in the flask wic contains the dry ice.. Tis way will nt make the milk tea veri dilute n yet still retains the original taste of the milk tea.. YumYum^^

Our set of main course which cums with the tempura.. Mine is the top left hand corner wic is the spicy noodle w tempura set.. Whereas for my dd is jap raman with tempura.. I luv the tempura as it's veri juicy n nt too oily..

This is oso one of the signature dish.. hehe The spring chicken.. I guess they cook it w herbs etc.. N surprisely tat when we 开动 after our main course, still gt smoke cum out wor..

This one I feel tat it is a must try soup lor.. hehe.. This soup is call the Minestrone Soup in Hong Kong Style.. I like the dough taste n it smell good to when the staff over there deliver it to our table.. N the soup oso gt smoke cum out.. Wow! I like the way of hw they deliver the dishes to us.. Food are still hot even when we chose to eat them awhile later.. N nt forgettin the garlic bread wic cums w it.. The garlic was toasted evenly n the garlic taste is nt too strong.. Great for ppl who scare of the smell..

Ever wonder wat is d true meaning of feeling blissful?

To me, I feel blissful when I gt a sum1 special who is always be there to teach or advice me hw to grow in a mature way, always nv give up on encouragin me.. No doubt tat I always get tings settle in a wrong track or shd i say wrong manner.. It reali act as a motivation for me to improve n change my weak or blind spot into beta one.. B'cuz of him, I wana change my entire self n wrk hard towards our future goals.. 

P.s:Erm.. I nt writing this to praise him or wat bt i hope by writing tis will acts as a personal reminder to me in watever I do.. (=

Nx we went on  4 our dinner @ bedok.. After tat, my dd bring me see see look look Sheng Siong supermarket to see sumting special.. N tat's is they gt sell live seafood like lobster, prawns, fish etc.. Interesting wor.. N there is this 帝王蟹 wic sells for the price of $400.. Hm.. I dun tink i will spent so much of $ on it thou I am a crab lover.. haha

Sat nthing much 2dae bt we steam sum dian sum for lunch n went on to go swimming for d dae.. Wee~~ When it cums to dinner time, we cook our udon.. Yum Yum, I like the sweet taste.. Hm I suppose the sweet taste cums fr the carrot..

As on sunday nite, we tinkin of cook laksa fried rice as previously my dd he bot the laksa fried rice paste @ a offer price.. Juz fried sum shallot, garlic n perhaps sum leafy veggies n carrot n crabsticks..  Nite time we go sing k since they are still havin the offer of $8nett charges n I long time din sing k w my dd.. So can say veri shiok wor.. haha

When u r born in this world, the 1st few ppl whom u will get closer is ur own parents follow by ur own sibling(if u hav any)

When u start to goes to sch, frenz are d ones whom u get closer to n even share the secret wic is burried @ d bottom of ur heart..

hm.. this is wat i am feelin rite nw.. As yesterdae when my dd n i board a bus way back to my hse, we saw a group of teenagers wic was veri actively engaged in a interestin conversation.. Nt only they remind of my own nieces n of cuz those times when i went to sch 2gether w my frenz, havin breakfast together w them as well..

Well, it's quite unavoidable for us as we tend to hav our own career n found the one for us.. Bt nvtheless, for me i will definately miss the daes w my dearest frenz n always rem frenship we share among us..

Back w one simple n easy 2 prepare recipe~
Tadeh~ Simple seafood tomato rice.. ^^

Ingredients needed:

3 Medium Tomatoes
1 red and 1 green Capsium
Half cabbage
2 shoves of garlic
1 onion
Prawns
Crabsticks
2 bowls of rice

1. Chop the garlic and dice onion, tomato, crabstick and cut the cabbage into thin slices as shown in the below pics.. (=



2. Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic and onion till slightly brown n fragant.
3.Stir fry cabbage for a few mins and add in prawns. Fry till cooked..
4.Add in capsium, tomatoes and crabstick..
5.Add in rice and some water and mix well till the water has been absorbed by the rice.
6.Add in some salt and the tomato seafood rice is ready 2 be served wor.. ^^

p.s the above recipe serve two person wor.. ^~

Last Sat went shpping w zhen.. Initally wana watch Ice kacang puppy luv de, bt time slot reali veri limited. So end up we nv went 2 watch.. After a dae shpping, we went 2 settle our dinner by havin wanton noodle @ far east basement. Yum yum! ^^

Last sun finally get to meet up w Carrie.. Veri long time din meet up w her le ever since the last gatherin 2 celebrate hua's b'dae.. she bring me go liang court de Italian resturantt o have dinner.. The food still nt too bad, bt there is free flow of water..

Yesterdae finally get 2 go marina barrage w my dd.. wee~

Alot of ppl picnic there n fly kite.. Bt shortly it rain wor.. Bt nvtheless we both enjoy the trip over there.. ^^

i can only say rite nw i gt mixed feelin of upset n fear.. Recently my dad health conditions reali worries me.. D doctor say his condition may result in stroke or even death.. Haiz n he nv mention he gt breathin difficulties n backache 2 d doctor.. My dad is quite a stubborn person oso bt i juz hope tat everyting still can b under control..

If u were to ask me wat are my most fav?? Hm.. quite hard 2 chose act wor.. Every rice dish has it's own unique favour.. Like sushi, i like the taste of it's sweetness n d vinegar.. As for the korea's 石锅饭, it oso bring a sweet taste n a little spicy as well.. Lasi Lemak, i like the chilli d most n of cuz d smell of coconut in the rice.. So far I have try out cookin fried rice, chicken rice, claypot rice and Porridge.. Well the most difficult 2 prepare I think is d chicken rice? Cuz if the chicken rice mix paste n water ratio is nt balance, the rice wun taste nice or too much water will make d rice soggy.. Bt well, i can say my signature rice dishes is none other den fried rice.. hehe ^^ I wish sumdae i can make sum baked rice too bt too bad my hse dun hav d oven.. =(

2dae i cum across two incident.. Shd I say is interesting leh or shd i say it's a sad ting.. Read on 2 find out y i say tat:

1st incident:
2dae while I was waiting 4 my bus, i overheard sum conversations between a group of gals.. There is tis gal call up a guy n here is their conversation(erm mind u, d gal hav their conversation switch to loudspeaker so tat y i can hear wat's they are tokin abt):

Gal: Sorri i was bz w sumting juz nw so tat y hang up halfway. Wat is ur name btw
Guy:(d guy goes on tellin his name)
Gal: do u Noe there is a gal in our sch who likes u? Wat do u tink of it??
Guy: (erm.. i 4gt wat d guys say)
Gal: hey i tink i heard u mention sumting.. dun deny.. u r on loudspeaker btw..

Seriously tinkin, wow nwdaes gals can reali speak so darin 2 a guy in such a tone.. If I can recall, i dun even hav d guts 2 do it wor.. Sumore I veri shy person oso.. lol.. Anyway they sudd remind me of sumting, like those one side luv or u secretly with sumone in ur class.. durin my time, we gals can say din reali dare 2 declare our likin 4 d person whom we admire.. Bt i tink nwadaes d opp bah..

2nd incident:
I 2dae cum across a newspaper article.. it's abt a guy age 20 yrs old who noe a gal fr one of the social netwrkin website.. They only know each other for less than 1 mths n yet they can do 'tat ting'.. Gosh!! sumore d gal is only 13 yrs old.. Wat is tis gal tinkin abt man!! They hav done it nt only one time, more den tat.. =.=''' It make me tink tat gals nwadaes are like veri open abt such issue.. It's quite scary abt nwadaes kids too.. Makes me wonder is it sch aren't touchin up enuff on sex education or parents themselves din elaborate to their kids.. I can't imagine d worst for the future generations..

2dae went to sao mu.. Went to visit my aunt.. Tis trip let me discover quite couple of tings.. Initially I tot all d tablets there belong to Chinese.. Bt no wor, cuz gt indian oso there.. Even christian oso hav.. My big sister say there nt differentiate of race.. My sisters and uncle's family bot sum of my aunt fav food n snack, bot paper money n clothes. After burning incense, we went dwn to burn d rest of the item for my aunt to receive.. Nearby the columbarium gt d mulsim cemetrey.. We c alot or one group of Muslim walkin towards there.. There is oso a nearby christian columbarium.. Btw, when we went there is pretty traffic jam and when we left is more easier as there is nt much crowd in the late noon..
