Let me share w u all sum nice dishes we made yesterdae and recipes..

Yummy noodles...( hm.. let's call it simple yummy dried noodle)

Wana noe hw do we prepare??
U will need the below following:

Ingredients:
Noodles
Cooked sliced carrot and Cai xin
1 sunny side up
Sauce for noodle:
2 tablespoon of ketcup
2 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
100ml boiled water

Method:
1. Cook the noodle in boiling water.
2. Mix all the ingredient for all the noodle sauce all together in a bowl.
3. When the noodle is cook, drain away those water.
4. Mix the noodle well with the sauce.
5. Add in carrot, cai xin and sunny side up.

Nx dish: sesame oil chicken with soya sauce


Ingredients:
1 Ginger(cut into slices)
1 Chicken breast meat
1 stalk of Spring Onion (chopped)
1 Stalk of coriander leaves (chopped)
2 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Method:
1. Fried the sliced ginger in a wok till fragant.
2. Stir fry the chicken till it's golden brown and remove the ginger
3. Cut the chicken breast meat into pieces.
4. Pour in the soya sauce and sesame oil.
5. Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves.

Nx dish: Simple Jap miso soup

Ingredients:
1 packet of miso soup powder(can get it from ntuc)
1 Doufu(cut into cudes)
Sum shredded seaweed

Method:
1.Boil a pot of water.
2.Add in the soup powder.
3. While the water is boiling, add in the doufu and cook for awhile.
4. When ready to be serve add in the seaweed. You may wana add in sum add black pepper to taste as well.

Now let's move on to learn sum simple chinese dishes..

Mao Gua soup with fishball.

Ingredient:
1 cude of ikan billi soup stock or sum fried ikan billi
1 Mao Gua(cut into quarters)
1 Packet of fishball

Method:
1. Boil a pot of water.
2.Add in ikan billi soup stock or sum fried ikan billi
3.Add in Mao Gua and let it slowly be cooked.
4.Add in fishball and let the soup be cook for a while longer till fishballs are being cooked.

Lastly, Fried potatoes and luncheon meat in sweet and sour sauce..

Ingredient:
3 small potatoes(cut into cudes)
Half tin of luncheon meat(cut into cudes)
Sweet and sour sauce:
2 shallots
1 gloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon of Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon of light soya sauce
1 round tablespoon of corn flour
100ml of boiled water

Method:
1. Heat oil in the wok.
2. Stir fried the potato till slightly brown
3. Add the luncheon meat and stir fry till golden brown.
4. Remove both potato and luncheon meat from the wok.
5. Mix vinegar, light soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour and water and blend it well.
6. Fry shallot and garlic till golden brown
7. Add in the sauce( if the sauce seem too dried can add in sum water)
8. Add in the fried potato and luncheon meat and mix well together with the sauce.
9. Serve hot.
