Well well, it's another cooking dae on last sat.. Yay!! lol
N tis time round cooked reali simple meal..

Simple macoroni soup for lunch

Ingredients:
1 Chicken thigh
half cup of mixed veggie
1 cup of macaroni
1/2 Onion(diced)
Seasoning:
1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
1 Tablespoon of 花雕酒
1 Tablespoon of Soya sauce
A pinch of salt and black pepper to taste

Method:
  1. Cook a pot of water.
  2. Add in chicken thigh while the water is still boiling.
  3. Remove any brown bubbles and continue to cook for another 5 mins.
  4. Add in Onion and cook till onion soften.
  5. Add in macaroni and cook till soften.
  6. Then add in the seasonings and mixed veggie and cook for about 1 min. Serve hot when it's ready.
Seaweed fried rice for dinner

Ingredients:
1/2 mixed veggie
1 hot dog(cut into slices)
1 bowl of cooked rice
1 beaten egg
Seaweed(according to your liking)
Seasoning:
1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
1 Tablespoon of Soya sauce
Pepper and A pinch of salt to taste

Method:
  1. Heat sum oil in a wok.
  2. Add in the hot dog and stir fry till lightly brown.
  3. Add in the mixed veggie and the cooked rice.
  4. Add in beaten egg and mix well with the mixture.
  5. Add in the seasoning and stir fry till the rice is evenly color.
  6. Add in seaweed and mix well and ready to be serve.

蛋包饭 for dinner as well

hm.. as for 蛋包饭,tis is my 1st time trying it out.. Nt too bad la.. Lol.. I juz merely beaten two eggs and den separate the egg mixture into two and cook separatly in a wok.. I search sum info abt hw to make it.. Hm.. roughly need abt four beaten egg and den when u cook d egg, wow, alot of skills is required wor.. Like wat is shown in the below video.. Hm.. Hope tat nx time i can slowly mastered d skills of preparing this dish.. hehe..
