As for this dish, it was nicely done n well cooked..
ah.. u muz b wondering y is tis dish has such a unique name rite?? hehe Cuz is cooked in 3 ways: blanched, deep fried & stir fried.. I like this dish among all.. Cuz it's veri fragant especially when u eat the crispy topping..
hm.. Well, their baked rice isn't reali tat nice.. )=
I ordered tis for my dad.. This is nice and i luv the sauce in it.. My dad oso say nice!
Dessert.. Bt i find it too sweet thou even thou tis dessert seems like one of their signature dessert.
Well, i find tis abit too dilute.. Unlike Xin Wang hk cafe one, the taste is nt strong enuff.. Overall i find the pricing still quite ok bt i find the baked rice too ex.. Cuz it cost me $8++.. The place deco gives a home kind of atmosphere.. Nice place to bring your family esp parents to dine in here.. ^~
