Cartel Express@ Tpy Central~
Just went to Cartel Express last week w my luv. Surprisely not much of ppl here and it could be also due to is located behind Macdonald(near library)..
From top left to bottom right: soup of the day, chicken salad, amigo chicken & baffalo wings..
We order the one for one set(which comes with the soup of the day).. Mine is chicken salad set meal and my luv is amigo chicken set menu.. The soup of the was way too delicious and is serve in big serving bowl. My chicken salad wasn't that oily and it comes with plenty of veggie such as lettuce. It even goes perfectly well with the salad dressing given..
As for the amigo chicken, the amigo sauce was amazing. The chicken has successfully indugle with the sauce. The rice was great too! The buffalo wings was serve with coleslaw and sauce(i not sure what sauce is that). I like the colesalw, is very refreshing and the wings oso do goes well with the sauce..
B'side the food, the only problem I find is that it seems that the waitress doesn't seems to be know well enuff of what their restuarant offering eg the 1 for 1 set meal.. She still have to check with her colleagues. Bt anyway, is a nice place to go out with frenz or family if you dun like too crowded places. Oh btw, the one for one set meal starts fr 9pm onwards..(:
15 minutes cafe at Lasalle Colleage of The Arts(Blk D)
Went to this cafe on monday with some of my frenz..
You may think that the food appearance doesn't look appetizing and the taste might not b good too. But hey you are wrong~ Aha let's talk about each of them one by one..
Fish & chips~
It may look dried on the outside. But is crispy on the outside yet so tender inside.
The smoked salmon penne~
It taste great too.. They handle the salmon well enuff and goes really well with the penne and the sauce. Me and my frenz cannot stop helping ourself more of the pasta sauce.
Thai Pesto Chicken pizza~
The pizza crust was a little too hard and I feel they shd cut help us cut the pizza so that it easily to take. Other than I find the pizza still ok.
Southern Fried Chicken Wings ~
In simple words, is crispy and juicy inside..
Mine Hazenut latte~ It was nice and the hazenut smell was strong enuff. Slurp~
