My happy call deep pan~

Tadeh~ introducing my new luv: My 1st happy call deep pan(origin from korea)~ Uhoo~

Ordered this online via gmarket(now known as Qoo10). I chose the ceramic peeler as my free gift. N guess what? It oso comes with a free sealer too!! It was fast that it reach me within the next four working dae after i placed my order online.. ^^

Before I use it for the first time, I need to clean the outer and inner coating of the pan. Here is how I do it:

1. Add in some water into the pan. Next, use a soft sponge with some cleaning dishes detergent to clean inner part of the pan~ 

2. Lock the pan and clean the outer casing with the sponge.

3. Clean the outer part of the pan with running water 1st follow by the inner part.

4. You may want to use a toothbrush to clean the silicon sealer.

5. Use a dry cloth to dry the pan.

6. Next, use pastry bush to spead some magarine or oil onto the pan. Make sure you spread the lower and upper pan evenly.

7. Turn on the stove to low heat. Heat the lower pan follow by the upper pan.

8. Once is done, follow the step 1 - 5 and you are ready to use your happy call pan!

Ohya btw, please note the steps 6 -7 is only for inital use and wash away addition inner coating. You dun have to do it again for subsequent use. 

So far I have use it for cooking meals like below:

For those of you who are curious why this pan so worth a buy, well let me tell you:

• It not only helps to trap oil, it also makes your cooking faster. Just like when I cook the rice to do claypot rice, I realised that it much more faster than you use normal rice cooker.
• You dun even have to add so much of oil yet the food can be done with veri little oil required.
• It oso helps to lock in nutrients in food..
• One last thing I must say, compared to the last time I feel the kitchen doesn't feel oily at all. The stove wasn't much oily to compared to using those normal fry wok or pan. So cleaning of the stove is much less hassle. (=

The happy call pan oso comes in grilled pan and pressure pan(this pan is slightly smaller den deep pan) This brand also has it's own diamond pan. So it really depends on which type suit your needs more.
