Thank godness my bf is staying at tampines and his mum told him that his hse nearby got this newly open taiwan stall: Liu He Taiwan Night Market Snacks. I was so keen in trying it as I am a lover for taiwan snacks and food!! =p
We had this mee sua but is not those traddtional oyster mee sua. Is chicken mee sua. Heard from my bf tat tis stall change most of the recipe to more singapore style. This bowl of mee sua was indeed more towards singaporean taste as it was spicy enough. The chicken quite well done.
We had the chicken chop as well. You can get to chose which seasoning you want it as topping for it. We had it with sour plum seasoning. The seasoning was a natural taste of sweetness and mixture of sour taste and I feel that no MSG was added. I feel this is healthier than the shi lin chicken chop. Theirs have too much of MSG and is too salty whereby you will feel thirsty after eating it. Personally I like this alot, so I think gals will love this snack too ^~
So next time if you ever have a chance to pass by tampines, please do give this stall a try. They do sell other delicious snack too.
