My diet after tooth extraction

So as you know, after my tooth extraction I only have instant soup for dinner. As I still feeling hungry, I went to have some yoghurt.

11 Mar

Breakfast : instant soup again
Lunch : oatmeal (I was able to chew)
Dinner as of above: mash potatoes and carrot. I season with salt, margarine and top with some cheese.😋😋😋 Pair with soup again. I did not feel any pain when food reach the area where my tooth has already extracted. So shall try eating instant porridge the next day.

12 Mar

Breakfast : instant prorridge. I added home grown spring onions, home made fried shallot and eggs. Yummy.

Lunch : oatmeal again. Since weather was hot, I had some ice cream fot dessert..

Dinner : I decided to try eat solid food. So I went to dabao double fish yee mee soup. Fish is good for body especially for wound or after operation recovery. Finally I can eat one both side in comfort. Match with magnolia red date milk. Slurp.

13 Mar

Breakfast : two chicken meat bun

Lunch : one chicken glutinous rice and three siew mai plus one yoghurt.
Small note : I notice my gum blood clot start to be lesser and patching up the wound area..

Dinner: mixed rice(杂菜饭). Drink another cup of magnolia milk with red dates

14 Mar

Breakfast : instant corn soup

Lunch : was thinking to tabao kway teow soup but the stall seem like don't have enough ingredients so I opt for congee instead

Dinner : 煮炒

15 Mar

Lunch : kway tiao soup (oh I did not eat any breakfast since my antibodies left only two pills)

Dinner : just some bread and instant soup.

16 Mar onwards I eat as per normal. I avoid hot beverages such as coffee and tea at the moment until the day I visit the dentist again for review. I also avoid eating spicy food, chillies and did not marinade any food with pepper.

Ohya is normal for sitches to dislodge abit. As long as it does not affect your gum healing process and youe dentist has knot the sitches securely, you should not face any problem.
