Review, scaling, polishing and tooth filling

Finally waited for this day to come to remove my stitches. According to the dentist, my gum is recovering and slowly healing. She recommend me to a month later for her to review my gum condition before proceeding to tooth implant.

I asked her about the same day implant and the same day implant. The normal implant need the implant and gum fuse together as in used to each other before she place the crown. Whereas the same day implant can immediately done on a same day but would not be so stable.

I also did some scaling and polishing as to reduce bacteria infection and remove tooth stone. Did a small tooth filling as one of my lower jaw tooth has a small hole.

Overall three visit was a pleasant trip.

4th Mar - Xray and consultation

Examination and consultation - $ 20
OPG(xray) - $80
Arumentin(antibodies) - $20
Infection control and disease prevention  - $7 ( i don't know what is this, forget to ask also, but I think is the recommendation to do the tooth implant and other ways to resolve)

10th Mar

Tooth extraction - $150
Amoxicillin(antibodies) - $10
Ponstan(pain killer) - $8


24th Mar
Review (STO) - $0
Scaling and polising - $80
Topical fluoride - $25
Tooth filling - $60

The clinic I went to is Victoria Dentalcare(Hougang CapeView). The Dentist whom attended to me was Dr. Chuah Ying Ying, She veri patient and let me aware throught the visit of what I will be expecting and able to answer the question I asked.
