Digitalisation

Singapore has slowly adapted to paperless and digital society.
For eg mobile line bills, paying to frens about own food orders using paylah/paynow, nets biz equipment used by hawker stallers, virutal meetings and classes...

It was indeed provided faster response and embracement of green environment.. 

But however this is still some flaws..

I come across zao bao video as per below where by they do a related experience.. 


During peak hours especially lunch time, hawkers may not have the time to check every each transaction as they cannot afford to let customer wait too long. There is lack of guidance to teach them how to use such technology and how to check if transaction has gone through efficiently.

Equipments which support such technology may have a breakdown one day. So digitalise may not be able to replace whole process of certain operations.

For renewal of residence address, initial stage of registration and process is still in digital stage but end process still has to depend on postal service. It will be better if whole process can do away of hard copy. As mails may be lost.
